ZALORA - Oracle Fusion Manager

We are looking for a Oracle Fusion Manager / HR System Manager who will oversee the successful execution and maintenance of our HR systems (HRIS) which include Oracle Fusion and Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS) system. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Key person to drive HR related systems initiatives at regional level.
  • Take ownership of the execution and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion, Taleo and other HR related systems.
  • Work with various country HR teams to ensure key HR processes are supported by the HRIS or modifying existing HRIS to meet changing requirements.
  • Set directions, priorities and leading a team of HR system developers and functional consultants.
  • Manage day-to-day HRIS operations including setup, customizations, addressing HRIS issues, managing system upgrades and other related support.
  • Develop communication and training materials, coordinate and actively participate and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create and conduct system training to system users.

Requirements:

  • A degree level qualification and/or equivalent experience in Project Management, Computer Science, or Human Resource.
  • 5-8 years of strong expertise and hands on experience in Oracle Fusion and Taleo development, design and execution.
  • At least 3 years experienced in leading a team of developers and functional consultants
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Prior experience in a Human Resources function will be an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
