Analyst, Regional Marketing Analytics

We are looking for a passionate and committed Marketing Data Analyst to join the team and help us improve site/app performance by driving conversion and perfecting the customer experience. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Analytics, you will do this with on the job training to become an expert in using state-of-the-art systems and tools to understand our users, evaluate performance and enhance onsite marketing practices.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of conversion rate optimisation across our websites and apps
  • Drive A/B testing strategy and conduct tests to develop new onsite features as well as facilitate business decisions
  • Search and collaborate with external vendors to bring in the latest technology to empower conversion and user experience enhancement
  • Streamline and manage the processes of on-boarding brands to ZALORA Advertising Platform
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in any subject with between 1 to 3 years experience
    (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong analytical ability and enjoys working with numbers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience with any of the following is a bonus
    Web analytic
    Conversion rate optimisation / UX
    E-commerce
    Data analysis
  • Interest in technology, e-commerce, consumer behaviour, data analysis
  • Positive attitude with a can-do spirit to get things done
  • High ambition to improve and develop your skills
  • Open, innovative, and motivated to perform on a high level
  • Thorough and detail oriented
