Online Marketing Manager - Facebook Performance

We are looking for a passionate and committed Online Marketing Manager to join the Online Marketing team and help us improve facebook performance! The beauty of online marketing is that you have incredible amounts of data about your visitors and customers. You are able to track everything that is going on in your website and app: clicks, visits, returning visits, etc. Nothing is left to guess without interpretation. Everything is measurable and can be directly translated into revenues, even the softer marketing concepts like brand recognition and interaction.

You will be a key member in the marketing team, in charge of steering the strategy for the acquisition of new customers, analysing the wealth of data available and gaining full, complete understanding of our potential market and its reaction to different types of advertising choices.

By using online marketing strategies, you will help directing all future marketing activities based on what you find and analyse. Paid Facebook, Instagram and Twitter marketing growth activities will be main scope of your job.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in the day to day operations the Facebook channel
  • Managing online campaigns on regional level
  • Identifying key growth opportunities within Social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Daily Reporting and Data analysis to optimize existing online marketing campaigns
  • Identify key growth areas in customer acquisition and create, maintain and optimize new online marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating with creative departments, IT teams and local ventures
     

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • At least 1.5-2 year experience in Paid Facebook marketing or other Paid online marketing activities
  • Experience in building and optimizing automated ads is a plus
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Able to work and carry out tasks independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent fields considered a plus
  • Have a keen eye for detail
