Project Management Executive, Marketing Solutions

Leveraging ZALORA’s marketing expertise and data power, ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP) enables brands to accelerate their digital marketing based on deep consumer insights, substantial reach and great storytelling. 

We are looking for an analytical thinker who will be excited to develop product and pricing strategies, as well as set up, execute and optimize processes. We need a team player who can work and thrive in a fast paced environment and utilize their great communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across several business functions.

In this position, you will play a key role in growing ZAP into a core revenue driver for the company. The ideal candidate is not only very strong in the fields of analytics and strategy, but also effective in implementing and driving business with a strong sense of commercial acumen. As our sales targets are ambitious we are looking for a colleague who is seeking a new challenge in an entrepreneurial, fast growing and exciting environment.

This position reports to the head of trade marketing.


  • Developing and executing product and pricing strategies to maximize growth while taking care of market and customer needs
  • Involved in developing and rolling out the automation of ZALORA Advertising Platform, working closely with IT
  • Executing all existing reporting and operational processes prior to the IT rollout
  • Optimizing ZAP workflows across buying, marketing, finance and legal teams
  • Conducting analysis to review campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
  • Enable sales team to exceed sales, pricing and yield goals


  • You are passionate about developing products to sell, to package and to present to internal and external stakeholders 
  • You have 1-2 years of work experience in business development, management consulting, or other analytical/entrepreneurial positions
  • You have strong perseverance and you do not lose sight of your goals within complex topics
  • You have strong communicational skills in English, and you can efficiently deal with various stakeholders and interest groups
  • You are enthusiastic about sales and innovation in ecommerce, advertising industry, user experience and ad consumption
  • You like working independently because it drives you to peak performances, at the same time you have the right social skills and are open to critique to be a great team player
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think and execute in a very structured manner
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Analytics will be a plus
