Customer Service Intern

 

We are looking for young and dynamic talents to join us as our Customer Service Intern. Reporting directly to Quality Assurance Manager, your role will be focusing on data analysis and report making. This role based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry, filing, spreadsheet management
  • Enter tracking number in spreadsheet
  • Generating report based on the data accumulated
  • Work closely with Customer Service Team

 

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) is highly preferred
  • Possess a good analytical mind
  • Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to achieve results, attention to details and willingness to face challenges with the positive attitude
  • Willing to work long hours to ensure important tasks are complete
  • Good communication and people skill
