We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Senior Executive to grow and optimise ZALORA’s affiliate ecosystem. You will own partner acquisition and retention, shape strategy and measurement, negotiate commercial terms, and work cross‑functionally to scale creator-driven growth.

Key responsibilities
- Affiliate network growth: Identify, recruit and onboard high‑potential affiliates, creators and partner networks. Build lasting relationships to increase loyalty, drive performance and improve long‑term retention.
- Strategy & amplification: Develop and execute strategies and activation tactics to attract KOLs and accelerate their growth within the Zalora Affiliate Programme.
- Performance analytics: Define goals and targets, monitor performance across affiliate and influencer partners, and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Continuously refine KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with Performance Marketing, CRM and Brand/Creative teams to deliver fully integrated 360° campaigns.
- Commercial negotiations: Lead commercial discussions and contracts with affiliate networks, platforms and key partners to secure favourable terms and partnerships.
- Market & trend analysis: Track industry developments, competitor programmes and emerging content formats to inform and evolve ZALORA’s affiliate strategy.
- Innovation & growth: Design and test new partnership models, placements and incentive structures to drive full‑price customer acquisition, sales and brand reach.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing within online retail/e‑commerce, or an affiliate agency.
- Creator partnerships: Proven experience working with influencers and creator partnerships.
- Passion: Genuine interest in content, creators and the future of digital commerce.
- Mindset: Self‑starter who is organised, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
- Thinking style: Creative, strategic thinker who champions a test‑and‑learn approach and shares knowledge across teams.
- Attitude & skills: Positive, collaborative team player with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
