Senior Executive - Onsite Campaigns
You will play a vital role in leading and executing high-impact campaigns for ZALORA. This is a project-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of mega sales events such as ZALORA Birthday Sale, 11.11, 12.12, and other large-scale campaigns.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, including gamification campaigns, to drive customer interaction and platform activity.
- Develop and manage campaigns tailored for different customer segments, such as ZALORA VIP members and new customers, with the goal of increasing sign-ups and engagement on the ZALORA platform.
- Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance, extract insights, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, CRM, Creative, Operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to inform campaign strategies and ensure the company remains competitive in the e-commerce space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing, campaign management, or project management, ideally within the fashion or retail sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven history of managing diverse stakeholders at all organization levels.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of key performance metrics in e-commerce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
