People & Culture Administrator – The Iconic
We are looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our People Experience Team, a Permanent role. As a key contributor, you will deliver exceptional assistance and service to our customers- our ICONITES! You'll play a vital role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring the success of our People & Culture team. From managing critical tasks to handling various administrative duties, your efforts will directly support our P&C Leadership and contribute to an outstanding employee experience.
Responsibilities :
- Work with ZALORA and it’s Australian counterpart THE ICONIC in collaborating with teams located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Sydney, Australia
- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of HRIS (Workday) and other integrated system activities including contracting, transfers, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Focused on providing an outstanding employee experience as the primary point of contact for P&C queries.
- A range of administrative duties to support THE ICONIC Employee Experience, including responding to Help Desk queries and calls, ticket monitoring, and Workday workflow activities.
- Collaboration with colleagues to make a difference in how we deliver an amazing employee experience.
- Support line managers with Workday system navigation.
- Provide an outstanding Employee Experience through telephone/ticket support, measured by grade of service, to employees to answer general P&C queries, complete system tasks and resolve errors or issues, escalating to team leader when required.
- Ensure accuracy of data, including employee personal details.
- Creation and management of employee related documentation including contracts and letters, ensuring correctness of content against policies and processes.
- Identify areas for employee experience or process improvement by actively reviewing transactions or process activities and raising suggestions.
Requirements :
- 1+ years’ experience within a People and Culture operational and administrative position
- Experience with workflow systems or similar online case management tools
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, and able to work effectively in a team
- Eager to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
- Degree in Human Rescources or related field is preferred
- Will follow Malaysia working hours and public holidays
- Working arrangements from home and report onsite at KL Office , KL Eco City , Bangsar
