Accounting Senior Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Order-to-Cash, cash application team for Zalora Business Services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare templates to be uploaded in SAP for account receivables collections.
- Prepare weekly reconciliation for prepayment accounts.
- Bi-monthly reconciliation for refunds accounts.
- Book the weekly collection received for E-distribution.
- Process commission billing for E-distribution.
- Upload OneStream schedules for repayments and refunds accounts.
- Check the bank statement on the collection received against the outstanding list.
- Perform bank reconciliation on a weekly basis.
- Assist supervisor on audit requests.
- Perform tasks may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Commerce or working towards Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, MICPA or CIMA.
- Has at least 2 to 3 years of working experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Preferably with SAP Fiori and Gui experience
- Has experience creating powerpoint presentations
- Excellent attention to detail, results oriented, team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ok to work in a hybrid work environment
- Willing to report to office at least once a week or if business need arises
