We are looking for a driven Marketplace Brand Management Intern (Accessories) to join the team in support of Marketplace growth. The Marketplace Brand Management Intern (Accessories) will be responsible for supporting the team in identifying customer interests and trends in shopping for accessories, acquiring new brands, and updating and managing databases throughout their journey in selling on the ZALORA Marketplace platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with assigned accounts/brands via emails or phone calls by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs.
- Perform detailed market research and provide competitor analysis to help with brands’ sales growth in the Accessories category.
- Work closely with the Onboarding team & Seller HelpDesk to master ZALORA’s seller operating systems (Seller Centre) to improve operational aspects of assigned brands' business.
- Assist team leader to identify and evaluate new brands or potential brands with the goal of growing the Accessories portfolio.
- Assist with the acquisition of new accessories brands that are suitable for ZALORA.
- Liaise with brands on campaign objectives and work with Marketing to incorporate Sellers’ promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar to drive the growth of assigned brands.
- Assist with basic analytics on brand and campaign performance.
- Data entry, filing, and spreadsheet management to update and manage the database for merchants.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Strong interest and familiarity with the Accessories industry (e.g., bags, jewelry, watches, hats, belts, etc.).
- Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive, and have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess presentation skills and confidence with public speaking.
- Organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail.
- Optional: Able to read, speak, and write Chinese fluently for Hong Kong and Taiwan market.
