We’re looking for a Key Account Management Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to help accelerate growth within ZALORA’s Fashion Apparel category. In this role, you’ll champion a portfolio of brands—acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact—while driving commercial performance through strong relationships, sharp analysis, and effective cross-team collaboration.
This is a unique opportunity to influence decisions, shape brand success on ZALORA, and make a real impact in one of Southeast Asia’s leading fashion e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own the growth of an assigned portfolio of apparel brands and develop strategic business plans, identifying new opportunities and growth levers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, serving as their go-to partner on ZALORA.
- Identify market gaps, manage product assortment, and analyze sales performance to drive category and brand growth.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising) to align brand campaigns with ZALORA’s marketing calendar and ensure smooth execution
- Partner with international brands and internal stakeholders to continuously improve sales performance, operational execution, and customer experience
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to enhance visibility of brand performance for senior management.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Exposure to e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and team-oriented.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
