Senior Executive, Commercial PMO

Responsibilities : 

Business Analysis: 

• As part of this role, you will be part of the Zalora Commercial  team and collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive initiatives aimed at driving the commercial’s growth.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership. 
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data. Project Management/Process Improvement. Work with function stakeholders to lead and drive projects that enable business improvement and transformation 
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project resources effectively. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather commercial insights and build consensus. 
• Communicate strategic plans and progress updates to all levels of the organization. 

Requirements: 

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an analytical and data driven mindset.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with different departments and/or functions. 
• Great organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressured and fast paced environment. 
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
