We are looking for an IT Support Engineer Intern, responsible for providing hands-on technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across hardware, software, and network systems. This role is based in Malaysia.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners.
- Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more)
- Responding in a timely manner to service users& issues and requests.
- Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
- Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.
- In the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Interest in working for an eCommerce industry.
- Knowledge and/or experience with a variety of computer hardware and software system
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various personalities.
- Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to various intellectual and practical problems.
- Deadline-driven
- Willing to work in the KL Eco City area
