Job Description: Junior Executive, Brand Partnerships

As a Junior Executive in Brand Partnerships at ZALORA, you will support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with our brand partners and contribute to the success of our advertising and marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, learn the ins and outs of campaign management, and play a key role in executing projects that drive business growth.

Key Tasks:

  • Partner Support: Assist in managing day-to-day communications with brand partners, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Campaign Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns, including scheduling, creative asset coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Help prepare campaign performance reports, using data analytics tools to highlight key results and suggest improvements.
  • Event Support: Contribute to the organization and execution of major promotional events and webinars, working with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging presentations, newsletters, and marketing materials for partners and stakeholders.
  • Idea Generation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new strategies and solutions that drive revenue and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Tech Collaboration: Work with the tech team to test and improve our advertising solutions platform, providing feedback from a user perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Passionate about fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
