REQUIREMENTS:

Campaign Leadership:

  • Lead the day-to-day campaign execution for one of the MY, SG, or HK ventures, including detailed planning, layout coordination, and end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the company’s overall marketing strategy, business objectives, and brand direction.
  • Lead the development of trends, new arrivals, and sustainability-related non-tactical portfolios, planning and executing campaigns that align with seasonal trends and business priorities across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Manage luxury brand and category campaigns, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth planning, execution, and performance delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team responsible for daily campaign execution and operational tasks.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and understanding of roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them perform effectively and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative work environment.

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare and present performance reports for key campaigns, providing clear analysis of campaign results, key learnings, and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies, optimize execution, and support future planning.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for campaign-related communication with internal teams, regional stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on campaign progress, challenges, and outcomes, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the campaign cycle.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across teams to ensure timely execution and smooth campaign delivery.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, seasonal trends, and competitor activities to support campaign planning and strategy development.
  • Apply market insights to campaign strategies to ensure campaigns remain relevant, competitive, and aligned with customer demand.
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to understand market nuances and tailor campaigns to the needs of each market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing, preferably within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience in planning and executing e-commerce campaigns across multiple markets or regions is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure campaign accuracy across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams.
  • Good analytical skills, with experience in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and using insights to improve results.
  • Leadership experience or experience guiding junior team members is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
