ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Performance Marketing with demonstrable experience of delivering great results within paid marketing. You will take responsibility for full funnel planning and execution of paid campaigns, ensuring MoM growth and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Strategy, Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and other emerging platforms.
  • Leverage data analytics & attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and Looker to track full funnel campaign performance and analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, CR etc.), and ensure cost-effective results.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audience targeting, and user redirection to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, manage campaign budgets efficiently, and ensure alignment with business targets.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage creative timelines and ensure timely delivery for campaign launches.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop and optimize ad visuals and ad copy for performance-driven results.
  • Ensure continuous alignment of campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (in-house or agency).
  • Proven experience with ad optimization and ROI-driven campaign management.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Looker.
  • Skilled in budget planning, performance tracking, and data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
