We are looking for a driven Marketplace Brand Acquisition Intern (Lifestyle) to join the team in support of Marketplace growth. The lifestyle segment is a dynamic, fast growing brand new segment within Marketplace, including everything that makes a house a home - Home & Living, Electronics, Sports Lifestyle, Gourmet Food & Drinks. The Marketplace Brand Acquisition Intern (Lifestyle) will be responsible for supporting the team in identifying interests and trends of customers in shopping for lifestyle pieces, acquisition of new brands, updating and managing databases throughout their journey in selling on ZALORA Marketplace platform.

This role is based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to identify and onboard new or potential brands via email and phone.
  • Work closely with the Onboarding team & Seller HelpDesk to master ZALORA’s seller operating systems (Seller Centre).
  • Liaise with the team on campaign objectives and work with Marketing to incorporate sellers promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar.
  • Identify suitable influencers for brands by engaging and negotiating with KOLs to promote campaigns.
  • Assisting with basic analytics on brand and campaign performance.
  • Data entry, filing, spreadsheet management to update and manage database for merchants Ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Full professional proficiency in English (Both verbal and written communication skills)
  • Possess presentation skills and confidence with public speaking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to achieve results and attention to details.
  • Strong interest and familiarity in the Lifestyle industry (Home Decor, Electronics, Home Furnishing).
  • Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure.
