RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation
- Managing the ZALORA PH Sell with Us page, World First Leads
- Filter potential brand partners in the ZALORA Acquisition Matrix
- Reaching out to potential brand partners through email, calls, and social media to initiate pitch meetings.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential brand acquisition opportunities and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential brands and partners that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
Pitch Meetings
- Help create and tailor brand acquisition pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Shadow and observe senior team members during pitch meetings to gain hands-on experience in the pitching process and develop key skills in client communication, negotiation, and presentation techniques.
Due Diligence Requirements
- Ensure that all required documentation is collected, organized, and cross-checked for discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Assist in the review and verification of documents as part of the due diligence process, including contracts, business documents, and other critical materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify any issues or potential red flags in the documents being reviewed and escalate them to the appropriate team members for further analysis or resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, Fashion or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Verbal and written communication in English up to a business stand
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic software applications familiarity with the Internet and email communication
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must excel at multitasking and be detail-oriented
- Must possess initiative and a keen sense of responsibility
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and tasks
- Internet connection must be at least 15 mbps or higher.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid environment, working from home (WFH) 4 days per week and on-site (RTO) 1 day per week in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX)
- Open to being deployed through an agency
