Roles and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding sessions for all new joiners from all levels hired 
  • Update reports and employee personal files
  • Handling of employees' inquiries pertaining to Human Resources related matters
  • Maintain and update HRIS dashboard
  • Actively involved in Zalora Malaysia's engagement activities  - planning, implementation, meetings, arrangements & etc. 
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace will be an added advantage 
  • Demonstrates proactiveness and good attitudes
  • Duration: 4-6 months, preferably if can start immediately
