Marketplace Account Management Intern
Job Descriptions:
- Operational Support:
- Assist in managing seller onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration into the marketplace.
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and promotional activities for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller or operational issues.
- Performance Tracking:
- Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and key metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report on promotional campaign results and ROAS.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for sellers to address queries and concerns.
- Support Account Managers in conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews with sellers.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to optimize seller performance.
- Market Research:
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketplace strategies.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for seller accounts.
- Help with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and updating project trackers.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora) is a plus.
