Job Descriptions:

  1. Operational Support:
    • Assist in managing seller onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration into the marketplace.
    • Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and promotional activities for assigned accounts.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller or operational issues.
  2. Performance Tracking:
    • Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and key metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Prepare regular performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Track and report on promotional campaign results and ROAS.
  3. Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as a point of contact for sellers to address queries and concerns.
    • Support Account Managers in conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews with sellers.
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to optimize seller performance.
  4. Market Research:
    • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketplace strategies.
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate documentation and records for seller accounts.
    • Help with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and updating project trackers.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora) is a plus.
