Senior Campaigns Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Leadership:
- Lead the daily tasks of the MYSGHKTW venture, including the meticulous planning and execution of campaign layouts. Ensure that all campaigns are in line with the company's overall marketing strategy and meet set objectives.
- Spearhead the development of the trends and non-tactical portfolio, with a focus on planning and executing campaigns that are aligned with current trends across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to inform campaign strategies and ensure the company remains competitive in the e-commerce space.
- Collaborate with regional teams to understand market nuances and tailor campaigns to meet the unique needs of each market.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop team responsible for the daily execution of tasks. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities, and provide them with the support needed to succeed.
Performance Reporting:
- Prepare and present monthly reports on the performance of trends-related campaigns to higher management. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Interested in fashion, beauty and keeps abreast of current trends
- Can multitask and meet deadlines while being detail-oriented
- Generally tech-savvy - can pick up on new tools quickly
- Able to handle the team of 3-4
- Experience in upward and downward management skills
- 2-3 years working experience
- Project management and business analytics experiences is preferred
