This role will primarily support SAP SD & MM day-to-day business operations and actively participate in the SAP application improvement project.

Job Description:

  • Daily monitor and provide support in any SAP SD & MM-related issues or requests to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor the scheduled background jobs.
  • Support users to complete the month-end closing activities.
  • Collect business requirements, analysis work, and provide a proposal for the solution
  • Provide expertise in developing functional specifications, and daily operations SAP SD&MM documentation.
  • Perform configuration on SAP S/4HANA SD & MM to meet the needs and changes in the company's business processes.
  • Work with the project team to ensure that all SAP designs are correct and that customizations are only made as the business requires.
     

Requirement:

  • Have at least 5-8 years of experience working with SAP SD / SAP MM in the end user environment or consulting with good support & configuration experience.
  • Some integration knowledge to other functional areas would be an added advantage.
  • Good spoken English.
  • SAP certification will be a plus.
  • Have a good knowledge of SAP SD / SAP MM process, and have experience with IDoc.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  • Good analytical thinking.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Takes ownership of problems and respond in a proactive manner where appropriate.
