Senior Graphic Designer
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will manage design briefs from concept to final delivery as assigned by the Graphic Design Manager, ensuring all work aligns with The ICONIC brand guidelines and strategy. This role requires the ability to deliver high-quality work across multiple channels, creativity and strong time management even under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage design briefs from concept to final delivery as assigned.
- Deliver high-quality graphic design work with outstanding typography, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong creative vision.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of layout and Graphic Design rules to create visually compelling and effective designs.
- Solve problems creatively and think agilely, especially when working to tight deadlines or under pressure.
- Roll out graphic assets for use across multiple channels (Onsite, APP, eDM, Social Paid, Social Organic).
- Follow established approval processes on all projects.
- Adhere to The ICONIC brand guidelines and strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and the ability to multitask.
- Stay up to date with graphic design and ecommerce trends, and show an interest in discovering and experimenting with new technologies.
- Demonstrate a commitment to upskilling, learning, and professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and outstanding typography, in both digital and print design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects & Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and workflow tools. (Figma, G-suite, monday.com)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
