Job Title: Executive, Brand Partnerships (ZAP)
Location: Malaysia (Regional scope: SEA)
As an Executive, Brand Partnerships, you will support the team in executing marketing campaigns, handling seller partnerships, preparing materials for brand meetings, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and analyzing basic performance reports. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn account management and digital marketing in the fashion and lifestyle industry. Your role will evolve to take on the full responsibilities of an Account Manager elaborated above.
What You’ll Do
Account support
- Assist Account Managers with day-to-day management of assigned brand accounts and categories.
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and track action items and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in trackers (campaign status, budgets, timelines).
- Manage a defined portfolio (smaller accounts) independently with guidance and regular check-ins
Campaign coordination
- Support campaign setup on ZAP and liaise with internal teams (Creative, Ad Ops, CRM) to ensure on-time delivery of assets and placements.
- Update and maintain the ZAP annual calendar and cross-market launch timelines.
- Perform basic QA checks on live campaigns and assets.
Materials and enablement
- Prepare and update pitch decks, one-pagers, media kits, and case studies.
Reporting and insights
- Compile weekly/monthly performance reports using defined templates.
- Track key campaign KPIs (reach, clicks, conversions, pacing) and flag anomalies.
- Support simple analyses to inform optimization recommendations.
Administration
- Handle ad hoc tasks to support cross-market initiatives and promotions.
- Learning and platform readiness
- Complete training on the GFG Ads Platform (ZAP’s self-serve) and internal tools.
- Stay updated on ZALORA products, seasonal moments, and platform best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, media, or analytics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (paid media, funnels, KPIs).
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivots preferred) and Slides/PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management; able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative and customer-oriented.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia are strong pluses.
