The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to drive the Talent Acquisition practice and employer branding initiatives to ensure the high quality recruitment performance is delivered for ZALORA group. The role will be based at Jakarta office, with primary responsibilities on closing key positions across countries, developing employer branding strategy, improving robust recruitment process and improve on the regional recruitment capabilities.

Proactiveness, hunger to learn and confidence to manage high level stakeholders are mandatory to winning and acing this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Regional TA Lead, the HRBPs and the Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with Zalora people strategies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to devise the recruitment strategy and provide solution for hiring of key positions for business growth within business timelines.
  • Continuously review and improve TA processes and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing and develop and implement new recruitment/ assessment tools based on market research.
  • Establish close relationships with executive search agencies to get first-hand access to top candidates.
  • Participate in TA projects at country level
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations , closing of candidates and onboarding session. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably operating across South East Asia.
  • Strong passion in Talent Acquisition, to bring the candidate with the right cultural fit to the Organization.
  • Innovative, and able to use non-conventional or social media channels in achieving the recruitment plan.
  • Strong business acumen, ability to understand and interpret business priorities and translate these into appropriate actions.
  • Hands-on and willing to go extra miles to fill the position. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
