Analyst - Quality Control (Studio)

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of product content on the Iconic website catalog. Your primary focus will be to review and edit product descriptions, specifications, images, and other related content to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of content quality.

Responsibilities:

• Review and edit product descriptions, specifications, and other product-related content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Verify that product images are correct and in line with the brand guidelines.
• Work closely with content writers to ensure that product content meets the required standards
• Implement content guidelines, standards, and best practices to maintain a high level of content quality across the website.
• Update daily trackers for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Update product categories when needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform other QC-related tasks assigned by the Production Associate Manager.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course
• Knowledge/experience on e-commerce platform is a plus but not required
• With a passion for fashion
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in basic to intermediate fashion terms is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Proofreading skills
• Solid work ethic
