Requirements:
1. Administrative Support & Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and other documents needed for team meetings.
- Help in maintaining campaign schedules, timelines, and tracking sheets to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of online campaigns to drive Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and profitability.
- Coordinate campaign-related requests with cross-functional departments, such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Commercial teams, to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in maintaining clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as NMV, PC1, and CR%.
- Help create reports and presentations to summarize campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies.
- Support in maintaining databases and documentation for all campaign-related activities.
3. Creative and Strategic Support:
- Help in researching market trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
- Provide support in the execution of special projects and key events to ensure they are impactful and aligned with company goals.
4. Communication and Relationship Building:
- Act as a point of contact between the Campaign Management team and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiarity Photoshop is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
- Passion for fashion, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Open to being deployed through an agency.
