Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain Management

ZALORA is looking for an analytical and process-oriented person with an interest in the Operations and e-commerce industry. In this role, you will support data analysis and process improvement projects to drive operational excellence in the ZALORA’s Supply Chain Management. This is a dynamic regional role that offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders, large operational datasets, and critical supply chain transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• • Analyze the supply chain processes and large operational datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas
  • Support system enhancement and process improvement projects related to Malaysia Customs compliance
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance
  • Use MySQL, Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, Excel, and other analytical tools to extract, clean, analyze, and present insights from data
  • Identify and implement process automation opportunities

Requirements:

• • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other Quantitative degrees
  • 0-3 years working experience in a business analyst or process improvement role within ecommerce/internet startups, manufacturing or logistics companies, or consulting firms
  • Experience with MySQL, Google BigQuery, Looker Studio and/or other Business Intelligence packages. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Experience with n8n, Google Apps Script, and/or other workflow automation tools
  • Excellent logical thinking and problem structuring, comfortable to use flow charts and other workflow mapping tools to express connections between activities and processes
  • Comfortable to work with numbers and interest to gain insights from large datasets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have passion in operations and continuous process improvement
  • Eager to learn, can-do attitude, comfortable to work in a multicultural, fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English
