Revenue Analytics Senior Analyst
Description
Revenue Analytics is one of the pillars of the Revenue Office, together with Merchandising & E-Distribution, Campaign Management, CRM, and Growth Hacking & Payments. The team collaborates with all the teams within the function and ensures that every sub-department’s output is consistent with the overall growth objectives of the company. This includes tools and process creation around how data will be used, and application of advanced analytics and data science in business scenarios, to unlock new profitable opportunities. We also drive strategic discussions by aligning performance measurements, setting actionable targets for operational teams and ensuring accuracy of forecast models.
As an Associate Manager under Revenue Analytics, you are expected to be both a solid independent contributor and team player, taking ownership of analytics for different functions across the organization, and actively collaborating to drive projects that support the growth and profitability of ZALORA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full lifecycle and taking ownership of Analytics projects: from identifying opportunity gaps, proposing the methodology, and driving business analysis to validate hypothesis and support decision making
- Initiate and lead cross-functional projects primarily involving but not limited to Operations, drive analysis with the goals of optimising NMV to PC3
- Develop ideas and solutions to address customer lifecycle challenges
- Department OKRs - NMV achievement, growth achievement, PC1 to PC3 achievement, active base management and churn management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Economics or any related course
- Knowledgeable in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Looker is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail, results oriented, team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in a hybrid work setup (report to office once a week)
