Senior Executive Learning & Development
Our Senior Executive, Learning & Development supports the design, implementation, and delivery of learning programs that develop employee competencies, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. This role also supports employee engagement surveys, including administering surveys and analyzing survey results.
Responsibilities:
Learning Needs Analysis & Program Support
- Assist in conducting learning needs assessments with HRBPs and managers, focusing on leadership development and AI upskilling programs.
- Support identification of skill gaps and recommend learning interventions to address business needs.
- Ensure programs are aligned with talent development frameworks and organizational culture objectives.
Program Design & Development
- Assist in developing leadership development programs, AI-focused training, and initiatives that promote desired behaviors and culture.
- Support the creation of engaging learning content, workshops, and digital modules for employees across levels.
- Ensure learning policies and materials are relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.
Learning Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external learning initiatives, including workshops, coaching sessions, webinars, and digital learning platforms.
- Handle logistics, communications, and resources to ensure smooth program execution.
- Assist in tracking learning effectiveness, including leadership and AI programs.
- Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards highlighting participation, satisfaction, and learning impact.
Employee Engagement Support
- Assist in administering Employee Engagement Surveys (EES) and other feedback initiatives.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze survey data to identify trends and insights.
- Support preparation of reporting templates and dashboards for the Senior Management Team.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to recommend interventions based on survey results to strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or talent development programs.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement data and measure program effectiveness.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS systems, or digital learning tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
