Junior Planning & Analytics
We are looking for a driven, proactive, and analytical individual to join our Analytics & Central Planning team.
The individual will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales, margin & stock performance across product departments and countries, as well as contributing to the development of analytical tools and forecasting models that drive commercial decisions.
The ideal candidate must have strong quantitative problem solving skills and be comfortable working with large, complex
datasets. He/she will work closely with Category Directors, Planners, and Business Teams to optimize sales, margin, and
stock efficiency, while ensuring decisions are backed by robust data analysis.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, report, and interpret sales, margin, and stock performance across all
categories and countries - Provide data driven recommendations to maximize sales and margin opportunities
while minimizing stock risk - Develop and maintain dashboards and forecasting models to track performance and support decision
making - Conduct deep dive analyses on campaigns, pricing, and assortment to identify key
performance drivers and opportunities - Translate performance trends into forward forecasts, stock budgets,
and assortment plans - Contribute to the automation and improvement of analytical and planning tools to
enhance accuracy and efficiency - Present insights and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely on a day-to day basis with Category Planning Managers and Buyers to align plans with business targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- At least 1 year work experience, preferably in data analytics, business or financial
planning/analysis (commercial or FP&A) - Proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical or visualization tools such as
Tableau, Looker, or Power BI - Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, data analytics, and fashion retail
