1. To assist on the daily tasks and responsibilities related to 1SS inquiries
2. To attend on 1SS tickets related to operations, order management, shipments, logistics related
3. To work closely with Tech team to raise any issues blocking the operations
4. To perform operational tasks such as Order Daily Checking, Out-of-stock orders check
5. To assist on ad-hoc tasks related to product stability and daily operation
