Responsibilities :
  • Define and drive the outbound marketing strategy for ZALORA 1SS, including target segments, positioning, messaging, and channel mix to generate qualified leads.
  • Design always-on and campaign-based outbound plans across email, LinkedIn, partner channels, industry communities, and targeted media to reach decision-makers.
  • Create and refine 1SS marketing narratives (pain points, benefits, proof points), ensuring consistent messaging across all materials and touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns with clear timelines, owners, budgets, and deliverables; ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Own the creation of sales/marketing enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, success stories, rate cards, FAQs, landing pages, and event kits.
  • Partner with Sales/BD to define lead qualification criteria, handover SLAs, follow-up cadences, and feedback loops to improve conversion from lead to opportunity.
  • Build an annual plan to expand 1SS presence through industry events, conferences, trade associations, roundtables, webinars, and community partnerships.
  • Lead planning and execution of webinars, brand/merchant workshops, roadshows, and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners (e.g., platforms, associations, service providers).
  • Strengthen 1SS credibility via speaker opportunities, articles, panel participation, and case-study storytelling; maintain an updated pipeline of PR and speaking opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Product/Tech, Finance, Legal, and Regional Marketing to ensure campaigns are accurate, feasible, and compliant.
  • Define KPIs and reporting cadence; track performance across the funnel (reach → engagement → MQL/SQL → opportunity → conversion) and optimize based on insights.
  • Monitor targeting quality, messaging performance, creative effectiveness, and channel ROI; run A/B tests and iterate outreach sequences and content.
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports, campaign retrospectives, and quarterly growth reviews with clear learnings, next actions, and forecasted impact.
  • Plan and manage campaign/event budgets and external vendor support (creative, content, event organisers), ensuring cost-effective execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Create playbooks, templates, and operational workflows for outbound campaigns, event execution, lead tracking, and post-campaign follow-ups to improve speed and consistency.
  • Track competitor positioning, pricing narratives, and go-to-market moves; translate insights into improved messaging and differentiated campaigns for 1SS.
Requirements :
  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing / growth / demand generation, ideally within e-commerce enablement, logistics/fulfilment, SaaS, marketplace services, or digital platforms.
  • 2–4 years in a manager-level capacity owning campaign strategy and execution (not only supporting).
  • Proven track record running multi-channel outbound (e.g., LinkedIn/email/partner channels/events) with measurable funnel outcomes (MQL/SQL/opportunities).
  • Regional exposure (preferred): Experience across SEA markets or multi-country stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable with CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), spreadsheets, and creating decks; familiarity with fulfilment/marketplace operations is a plus.
  • Nimble, agile, able to nurture relationships and to handle the job effectively
  • Diligent, organized and methodological with excellent communication
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
