Head of O2C

The Head of O2C is responsible for  leading the team managing the entire O2C cycle from order receipts to cash collection. Report to the Group Controller , will be located in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.
Responsibilities:

• The role necessitates close collaboration with the Finance team and key stakeholders within the Commercial and Ops teams.
• Additionally, will partner with the Finance Leadership Team (FLT) of Zalora.
• The role leads 15+ headcounts.
• The candidate must possess the analytical skills to challenge and scrutinize the information they report to the FLT and GFG Group.
• Having ability to work across boundaries and cultures is essential, as is the ability to build professional relationships based on transparency and trust.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have a comfort level with financial systems and ambiguity, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate will be a structured thinker with recent, relevant domain-experience and a hands-on leader who is comfortable identifying and remediating process deficiencies.
• They should be dynamic and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the business, and demonstrate an innate curiosity to learn about the broader business.
• The role inherently requires the ability to work effectively across different cultures and build strong professional relationships.
• This role requires approximately 10% travel within Southeast Asia on average
