RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with senior executives to implement campaign layouts and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaign themes and execution plans.

Execution Excellence:

  • Ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget, coordinating with various teams to manage deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign progress and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

Data Analysis (Preferred):

  • If applicable, utilize data analysis skills to track campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting key metrics and insights for future planning.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on campaign objectives and timelines.

Learning and Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Ability to think strategically within a business context.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in e-commerce or campaign planning is preferred.
  • Background in data analysis is an additional advantage.
