Finance Analyst
Role Summary:

You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial data, supporting key accounting processes, and contributing to insightful financial analysis. What You'll Do:
Accounting Operations:
o Accurately record financial transactions (invoices, receipts, expenses) in our accounting systems.
o Maintain organized financial records, both physical and digital.
o Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
o Manage company-wide payments for essential items (uniforms, IT equipment, etc.).
o Proactively handle recurring payments (utilities, rent, bank interest).
o Assist in reconciling balance sheet accounts (prepaid expenses, accruals).
o Track employee travel expenses and payment requests.
o Gather, verify, and process various accounting documents (invoices, vouchers, contracts, bank statements).
o Perform data entry in SAP and MISA systems.
o Contribute to month-end closing activities and annual audits.
o Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
o Assist in onboarding new vendors (collecting necessary documentation).
o Handle other tasks as needed.
Banking:
o Provide daily updates on cash balances and cash flow.
o Collaborate with the bank on requests, resolving issues, audits, and managing accounts.
o Reconcile bank statements with internal records.
Tax:
o Support direct and indirect tax submissions and ensure compliance with regulations.
o Communicate with tax authorities, government agencies, tax consultants, and other relevant parties.
o Assist with tax-related advisory projects.
o Support transfer pricing documentation, including CBCR reports.
o Assist in tax audits.
o Stay updated on tax law changes and provide updates/training to internal teams.
o Contribute to preparing tax budget forecasts and periodic tax reports.
o Handle other finance and tax-related projects.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and Misa.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
